This Beef Noodle Restaurant near NTU campus is much loved by many customers. During lunchtime, its hard finding a seat inside. Their store specialty beef noodle soup is the favorite.

牛肉湯原本的湯頭就很甘甜，但喜歡重口味的人，可以加入店家特製的酸菜，吃起來更是過癮。
The noodles come in 4 options: thick-cut, thin-cut, ramen, or home-style. Personally, I prefer home-style because it has a great texture and soaks in the soup and flavors well. This place always has tender beef, very tasty.
The soup is on the light side, but if you want it to be more salty, you can add in the pickled vegetables.
