Yu's Almond Tofu is located in a local student hot-spot, Ximending.  Yu's is a very famous Almond Tofu joint.

今天要大力推薦的就是這道非常好吃的杏仁雪花冰! 跟一般傳統的水冰不同，上面覆蓋的可是味道香濃的杏仁冰!! 很香很好吃~ 很適合在炎炎夏熱消暑解渴呢! 至於底部則暗藏玄機喔! 是甚麼呢?
This is one of the most unique items on the menu: Almond flavored snowflake ice.  You can't find this anywhere else.  The light flavor of the almond ice is perfectly refreshing, and you get to choose 4 toppings.

每盤可以選四樣配料~佈滿在底部。 今天點了水果、薏仁、芋圓跟紅豆，跟杏仁口味的雪花冰是絕配呢!

All the toppings are hidden under the mountain of snowflake ice.  Options include: fruit in syrup,  barley, taro balls, and red bean.
